So, one of the new cookbooks I got is Cybele Pascal's The Whole Foods Allergy Cookbook. One of the basic red sauces in there is the Lady from Naples Red Sauce., which I made below. Again, since I can't find the recipe readily available online, I am not going to post it here, but rather suggest you get this wondeful cookbook yourself:)
Sautee some red onions in olive oil:
